Cancellation Policy
I, the undersigned, hereby voluntarily agree to participate in spa services provided by students at Wild & Free Holistic School of Aesthetics. I understand that these services are part of the students' training and educational experience and may be performed under the supervision of licensed instructors. **1. Acknowledgment of Risks:** I acknowledge that participating in spa services involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to skin reactions, discomfort, or other unintended effects. I understand that while every effort will be made to ensure my safety and satisfaction, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. **2. Health Information:** I confirm that I have provided accurate and complete information regarding my health status and any allergies or sensitivities I may have. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the student and instructor of any changes in my health or skin condition prior to the service. **3. Release of Liability:** In consideration of my participation in these services, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Wild & Free Holistic School of Aesthetics, its instructors, staff, and students from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in the spa services, including any injury, loss, or damage that may occur. **4. Consent to Treatment:** I consent to receive spa services provided by students at Wild & Free Holistic School of Aesthetics. I understand that all procedures will be performed under the supervision of a licensed instructor, and I have the right to discontinue any service at any time. **5. Photography and Media Release:** I grant permission for Wild & Free Holistic School of Aesthetics to take photographs or videos of me during the spa services for educational and promotional purposes. I understand that these images may be used in print or online materials. By booking this appointment I understand the above and will adhere to policies mentioned.
